Art show at Gallery 302
Cynthia Brown, a fine arts painter living and working in New York City and Brownfield, will show her most recent work as guest artist at Gallery 302 in Bridgton from June 26 through July 15. There will be a wine-and-cheese reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 2. Brown has a keen interest in day-to-day activities and what she considers “the astonishing beauty and curiosity” of her immediate surroundings. Her award-winning work is represented in corporate collections, including Bloomingdales, as well as private collections in the United States, Europe, Japan and South America. Gallery 302 is at 112 Main St. This piece is titled “Somes Sound.”
