BERLIN, N.H. — Therese M. Belanger, 91, of 1365 Napert St., Berlin, N.H., passed away on Wednesday, June 23, at the Coos County Nursing Home.

She was born in Beloeil, PQ, Canada, March 12, 1919, the daughter of Camille and Angelina (Guilmette) Cote and has resided in Berlin since she was 19. She was a member of Guardian Angel Church, now Good Shepherd Parish, was a former member of the Women’s Democratic Party and enjoyed gardening.

Members of the family include three daughters, Jeannine Birch of Berlin, N.H., Louise Wiswell of Berlin, N.H., and Estelle Belanger of Aurora, Colo.; two sons, Guy Belanger of Rumford and Carl Belanger of Berlin, N.H.; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Belanger in 1996.
