GREENE — Joshua A. Ray, 20, of Sawyer Road, Greene died unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, June 24.

He was born in Lewiston, Oct. 7, 1989, the son of Tammy L. Ray. He attended schools in Greene and later attended Leavitt High School.

He was currently employed for ServPro Carpet Cleaning in Auburn.

Josh enjoyed fishing, camping, dirtbiking and snowmobiling, but most of all he loved spending time with his baby daughter, Hollylyn.

He is survived by his daughter, Hollylyn A. Wood of Leeds; his mother, Tammy of Greene; his brother, Mark Ray and companion, Shantenea Jackson, of Greene; his grandmother, Terry Ray and fiance, Mike James, of Greene; his aunt, Amy Ray of Mechanic Falls; and his cousin, Brandan Ray of Mechanic Falls.

He was predeceased by the love of his life, Danielle Wood, of whom he had a very difficult time accepting her death.

He was also predeceased by his grandfather, Leonard Ray.
