FARMINGTON — Both trucks taken from Farmington Ford on Saturday morning were found in Oxford County but the second vehicle only received minimal damage, said Farmington Police Detective Marc Bowering.
Two brand new 2010 F150 Ford trucks were taken from the dealership lot on Routes 2 and 4 sometime Friday night into Saturday morning. One truck, a blue F150, was found Saturday morning in Greenwood. Although the vehicle was burned, state police were able to track the license plate back to the Farmington dealership.
The second truck was found Monday in West Paris by officers from Oxford County Sheriff’s Office, Bowering said. It had some damage but it’s repairable, he said.
Police are not releasing any further details while awaiting the results of evidence sent to the state Crime Lab.
