Androscoggin County

James McNeil, 30, of 59 Jefferson St., Lewiston, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on charges of failure to give police name and violating conditions of release, 9:18 p.m. Thursday on Mechanic Falls Road, Poland.

Vehicles driven by Spurgeon Cope, 49, of Lewiston, and Renee Wilson, 38, of Litchfield, collided at 9:05 a.m. Thursday at Blake and Birch streets. Damage to the 2002 Honda, driven by Cope and owned by Joi M. Bruce, of Auburn, was estimated at $2,500; to Wilson’s 1999 Jeep, $200.

A car driven by Todd Michael Chase, 28, of Monmouth, collided with a truck owned by Albert Harvey, 68, of Lewiston, while it was legally parked on Webster Street at 8:20 p.m. Monday. Damage to Harvey’s 2006 Chevrolet pickup was estimated at $2,500; to the 1997 Ford, driven by Chase and owned by Shannon L. Chase, of Monmouth, $3,000.
