LEWISTON — Carla and Andrew Shreve of Hotchkiss, Colo., and Ann Marie and Dwight Payne of Lewiston are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Chelsey Shreve and Jeremy Payne.

Miss Shreve is currently attending college at the University of Colorado and Colorado Springs and is pursuing a degree in human biology.

Mr. Payne is currently a sergeant with the U.S. Army, serving in Iraq.

The couple plans to wed on July 10 during the future bridegroom’s mid-tour leave in Lewiston.
