My gripe and possibly a solution to all these drug store robberies that take place: Have a bottle of placebo under the counter and when a robber comes in to ask for Oxycontin or whatever, give him that bottle. Or even better, instead of a placebo in the bottle, place a pill that looks like oxycontin but really is a strong laxative.
It appears these days, a robber can go to a bank or drug store and meet no resistance. I am sure the robbers know this. An older man has robbed banks from coast to coast with apparently no weapon.

The unwillingness of school administrators and school boards to consolidate so our children can get an education. It is always new programs “we are looking into” and protecting their own jobs over our children’s futures. The time for looking into it passed long ago; so did the need for all these non-teaching positions.
