BOSTON — Michelle “Shelly” Lee Bryant, 19, a resident of Randolph, died July 11, at Boston’s Children Hospital after a life long battle with cystic fibrosis.

She was born June 26, 1991, in Lewiston. Shelly attended Readfield Elementary school and in 1998, she started attending school in Gardiner, she graduated from Gardiner High School in 2009.

Shelly had a bubbly personality that everyone loved. She enjoyed hanging out with family and friends. She would always be able to brighten the darkest days. No matter what condition her disease put her in, she would always have a smile on her face.

Shelly is survived by her fiance, John Briggs; her brother, Richard Jr.; sister, Rikki; brothers, Ryan and Cody; her father, Richard Sr. and his wife, Michel; her mother, Rhonda and her husband, Fred; her grandmothers, Pauline and Virginia and her husband, Joseph; aunts, Alice, Cathy, Freda, Donna and her husband, Peter, Patricia and her husband, Bruce, Francine and her husband Alan; uncles, Charlie and his wife, Barbara, Fredrick and his wife, Candy, Randall and his wife, Valerie and Scott and his companion, Vicki; and many cousins and friends. She will be sadly missed by everyone, including her pets, Jolie, Holly and Maddie.
