AUBURN — Members of the Knights of the Sun, Auburn DeMolay Chapter participated in sports and speaking competitions at the State Conclave held recently at Colby College. Every member of the chapter earned an award in at least one catagory.

Those participating include: Michael Kelley, Samuel Goldsberry, Devin Michaud, Jeremy Benway, Nathan Sessions, Shaughn Little, Shane Morin, Andrew Cotterly, Steven Farrington and Liam Morin. The team won first place in dodge ball and the second place trophy in tug of war.

There are four DeMolay chapters in Maine: Knights of the Sun in Auburn, Valley Chapter in Buxton, New Marblehead Chapter in Windham and Bangor Chapter. DeMolay members from Conneticut and Canada also attended and participated in events.
