NORWAY— The kiosk in the Town Square on Main Street in Norway now has electricity to accommodate entertainers and provide more security. The work was done by Flanders Electric and paid for from the Norway Police Department’s Juvenile Crime Prevention Fund and Norway Downtown. The Teen Open Mic Night that was at Cafe Nomad on the first Friday of every month is now in the kiosk for the summer.
