ERROL, N.H. — Michelle R. Ouellet, 44, passed away Aug. 8, after a brief illness.

Born on June 1, 1966, in Rumford, the daughter of Alcide and Beatrice (Cyr) Gallant of Andover.

Through life her family moved to Wiscasset when “Buster” accepted a transfer from appliance repairman in Rumford to maintenance at Mason Station with CMP. This is where Michelle aquired her love of the coast and ocean. She often reminisced of her time working at “ The Great Eastern Mussel Farm “ on the coast. Later Michelle earned her associates degree in nursing and spent many years as a visiting nurse in Coos County.

After her marriage to Bob in 1997, the couple bought and operated Errol General Store to this day. Spending time with her family and friends were important to Michelle as was her service to her community with the school board and other aspects. Gardening, camping and her annual trip to the coast with her gang also kept her smiling. The sounds and sights of Rapid River off Lake Umbagog were also important interest.

Family members include her two sons, Daniel and Jacob Jewett; her husband, Bob; her two sisters, Anna and her husband, Mark Snyder and Terri Bouchard and her companion, Butch Dewar; her two brothers, Sam and his wife, Peggy and Bill and his wife, Veronica; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her mom and dad; and her brother, Arthur Roundy.
