 — Timothy Labrecque, 20, Rumford, furnishing alcohol to a minor, 2:20 a.m. Aug. 6 on Portland Street. He was released on $300 cash bail.

 — Gilbert Scott, 52, Peru, criminal threatening, 1:26 p.m. Aug 5 on Congress Street. He was released on $160 cash bail.
