RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial for Arthur G. Bouchard Sr. was celebrated Thursday at St. Athanasius–St. John Church, with the Rev. Phil Tracy, pastor as the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist. Musical selections included “Hosea,” “Because the Lord Is My Sheperd,” “Ave Maria” and “On Eagle’s Wings. Pallbearers were Paul Bouchard, Bryan Bouchard, Corey Bouchard, Shawn Russell, Wayne McPhee and Larry Philbrick. Committal prayers were recited by the Rev. Tracy. Interment will be at the Demeritt Cemetery. A reception followed in the church hall after the funeral. Arrangements are under the direction of the Meader and Son Funeral Home.
