A Farmington team raised $11,478 for the Lung Association in the Trek Across Maine fundraiser, an annual three-day bicycle trek from the mountains to the sea. The Lung Association has raised $1.6 million to date, according to Farmington Flyers team captain Bill Mareau. The Flyers include some veteran members who have made the trek for five, or in one case, 10 years.
