AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer a bartending course from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 8 through Nov. 3. The cost is $350 and includes all materials.

Students will learn the basics of professional bartending and mixology and its application in restaurants, clubs and function facilities.

The course will also include the Maine Course, a six-hour seminar in the responsible service of alcohol as required by the State of Maine Liquor Commission and the Department of Human Services.
