LEWISTON — Muriel Dutile Berube, 93, of 1053 Lisbon St., Lewiston, died on Wednesday, Aug. 18, in Lewiston.

She was born in Lewiston, April 20, 1917, the daughter of Ernest and Pamela (Perron) Dutile.

She was a graduate of Lewiston High School.

For more than 25 years, she volunteered through AARP and the IRS assisting many people in completing their income tax returns.

She took pleasure in knitting many sweaters, afghans and mittens for her family. She also enjoyed playing pinochle with friends and family, especially during the holidays.

She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Little and her husband, Paul and Nicole Bryant and her husband, William; her grandson, Brian Little and his wife, Jocelyn Taylor; her great-granddaughter, Phebe Little; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Roger Berube in 1996; and her brother, Marcel Dutile in 1988.
