FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Animal Shelter staff describe Binks as a handsome black and white cat.
They said he is an independent fellow and would be best placed in a household where he can be the top cat, so to speak. He likes to lounge about and get a good petting from anyone who will stop by to see him.
He also thinks he is a kitten sometimes and loves to play with toys and string. Staff also said he would prefer to be in a household without any dogs.
New dogs at the shelter include a female black lab from Strong, a male hound mix from Avon, a black lab mix from Wilton, a shepherd mix from Phillips and a boxer.
Many cats and kittens are also available at the shelter. Stop by at 550 Industry Road.
