AUBURN — UU Theater will hold auditions for “The Katrina Project: Hell and High Water” on Sunday, Sept. 19. The production will mark the fifth anniversary of the storm that ravaged New Orleans.

The multimedia docudrama will also pay tribute to all those who served on a mission trip to help rebuild the largest city and metropolitan area in Louisiana.

To express multicultural perspectives of the hurricane and its aftermath, UUT is seeking African-American, Latino, Asian and Caucasian actors. No monologues necessary; material will be provided.

Auditions will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the First Universalist Church of Auburn, 169 Pleasant St. If you cannot attend the audition, call 783-0461 to make other arrangements.
