Outlook: Thomas finished third in the state and second in the Mountain Valley Conference as a sophomore. She will lead a girls’ team dominated by young, promising athletes. Stewart was an all-MVC performer on the boys’ side, while Cornell, a championship wrestler, is a tireless leader by example for the Greyhounds.
