Why is it that drivers, be it man or woman, seem to have to drive their cars with their dog hanging out the driver’s window? What if they had to stop suddenly? Isn’t there a law against this and if so, why can’t the cops do something about this?

My gripe is neighbors who neglect their two dogs in their backyard and let them bark constantly without discipline, fenced in, and don’t take them for walks. The smell of feces travels to neighbors next door (they’re too nice to complain). School children or anyone walking by the fence sets them off.
Signed, Neighbors
Property owners, especially those with acreage, who place possessions that they don’t care to view, such as snowmobiles, boats, trailers, campers, truck cabs, etc. at the edge of their property or someplace that’s hidden from their view. Thus, everything they don’t want to spoil their own view is next to their neighbor’s property line or can be seen by their neighbors who have no choice in the matter. If the owners don’t want to look at it, neither do their neighbors.
