I hope that people have not forgotten what happened on 9/11. I won’t forget. None of us should after what shocked us all, but it seems as if we don’t hear much about it anymore.

That’s why we must not forget 9/11.

I’m proud to be an American, and this Sept. 11 ought to be a combined Memorial-Independence Day. My patriotic pride will be displayed. I hope others will, too.

And what is this, now? A mosque is going to be constructed so near where so many innocent Americans lost their lives to anti-American terrorists?

Something is so wrong here.
