Lewiston

A car driven by Benjamin Hill, 21, of Auburn struck a grove of trees, 6:40 p.m. Monday at the entrance to Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge. Damage to Hill’s 1997 Ford was estimated at $5,000. It was towed.

Vehicles driven by Marian Y. Abubakar, 25, of Lewiston and Guy R. Langelier, 58, of Lewiston collided, 10:20 a.m. Sunday at 515 Lisbon St. Damage to Abubakar’s 2002 Pontiac van was estimated at $1,500; to Langelier’s 2005 Chevrolet van, $1,500.

Vehicles driven by Jama Ahmed, 17, of Lewiston and Timothy Thompson, 21, of Monmouth collided, 2:10 p.m. Friday on Lisbon Street. Damage to the 2002 Buick driven by Ahmed and owned by Zamzam A. Mohamud of Lewiston was estimated at $2,500; to the 1997 Isuzu pickup truck driven by Thompson and owned by Chapter 11 of Lewiston, $1,500.

A vehicle parked by Normand  R. Demers, 83, of Lewiston was struck by an unknown vehicle, 10:10 a.m. Friday on Russell Street. Damage to Demers’ 2004 Toyota was estimated at $2,500.

Vehicles driven by Simonne A. Audet, 55, of Auburn and Donald H. Latouche, 55, of Sabattus collided, 3:40 p.m. Thursday on Russell Street. Damage to the 2009 Toyota driven by Audet and owned by Rent It of Maine Inc. of Auburn was estimated at $5,000; to Latouche’s 2003 GMC pickup truck, $1,000.
