MERCER — The Tri-County Obedience Club will host its annual Responsible Dog Ownership Day & Doggie Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Mercer Community Center.

The AKC-initiated event will include Canine Good Citizen testing, a pet photographer and communicator, vendors, agility demonstrations, rescue group representation, games, grooming tips and information from the American Kennel Club on various topics. There will also be raffles and a food court. Admission is free.

To register for the Canine Good Citizenship test, call 397-4105. The test costs $15 per dog. To register for a session with the animal communicator, call 778-9261. A 30-minute session costs $30.
