Bickford reunion

BOWDOIN — Descendants of William Bickford, Revolutionary War soldier, born in Cape Elizabeth, have gathered for an annual reunion every year since 1989. During this time, relatives enjoyed time together and many descendants found people they were related to but had not previously known of the relationship.

There will not be a reunion this year due to circumstances beyond the control of the officers, but it is  planned to have a reunion next year. Anyone who has not attended a Bickford reunion and thinks they may be a descendant of William Bickford, may call Jane Bickford at 353-2429 to be notified of next year’s reunion. Anyone with a change of address should also contact Bickford.
