Criminal mischief
A construction site at 190 College St. was vandalized sometime over the weekend Sept. 10 – 13. A Porta Potty was pushed into an eight-foot hole.
A vehicle parked at 105 Wood St. had its tires slashed overnight Sept. 11 – 12.
A window screen at Community Concepts at 195 Sabattus St. was cut sometime prior to Sept. 14.
A vehicle parked at 747 Lisbon St. had its tires slashed overnight Sept. 11 – 12.
A vehicle parked at 63 Jefferson St. was spray painted overnight Sept. 13 – 14.
A vehicle parked at 66 Shawmut St. had a window damaged during an apparent attempted burglary, which occurred overnight Sept. 12 – 13.
A storage area of 45 Walnut St. was broken into around 9 a.m. on Sept. 16. Nothing was taken.
A vehicle parked at 299 Bates St. had two tires slashed overnight Sept. 13 – 14.
A building at 20 Knox St. was tagged with “Blood” and “KO” in red spray paint sometime overnight Sept. 12 – 13.
Aggravated assaults
Mark McLaughlin, 51, was charged with elevated aggravated assault on Sept. 12 at 12:51 a.m. after he repeatedly stabbed Cathy Mason, 47, in the face, chest and back with a six-inch kitchen knife
Lisa Giguere, 40, was charged with elevated aggravated assault on Sept. 14 at 7:26 p.m. at 142 College St. after she stabbed Giles Giguere in the neck with a steak knife. Officers were called to the scene for a domestic; the stabbing occurred following a verbal argument.
Operating under the influence
Keith Gauthier, 21, was charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license on Sept. 11 at 12:50 a.m. at 20 East Ave. following a routine traffic stop.
Daniel Burgess, 40, was charged with operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 12 at 10:21 p.m. on outer Lisbon Street following a citizen report of erratic operation.
Jose Rosario, 27, was charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 12 at 2:54 a.m. at Canal and Chestnut streets following a routine traffic stop.
Ahmed Abdulle, 28, was charged with operating under the influence and violating conditions of release on Sept. 16 at 9:36 p.m. at 92 Pine St. after officers responding to a report of a fight found him attempting to operate a motor vehicle.
Matthew Jean, 30, was charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 17 at 10:43 p.m. at Main and Chapel streets following a citizen’s report of erratic operation.
Wanted
Abdikadir Mohamed, 19, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for theft.
Adam Turner, 27, is wanted on a warrant charging domestic assault.
Matthew Gerding, 27, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for operating after suspension.
