Five bands, including The Guv’nors, above, will play for five hours on five stages Saturday, Oct. 2, as part of the October Music Fest benefiting members of the military and their families. Also performing will be The Corona Brothers, music by Jimmy Buffet and the Beach Boys; Emerald Sky, rockin’ country; The Colwell Brothers, blues; and Zebrah, classic rock. The Guv’nors will give a Beatles and British Invasion tribute. Gates will open at 6 p.m. at the Portland Sports Dome, 512 Warren Ave., Portland, next to Joker’s. Music will be provided nonstop from 7 p.m. to midnight. There also will be a live and silent auction, food and a full cash bar.Tickets, $10, are available at www.octoberfest.com.
