FAIRFIELD — The wedding of Kimberly Thibodeau and Gregg Smart was held on Aug. 28 at the First Baptist Church in Fairfield. Pastor Crowell Garland officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Smart is the daughter of Glen Farmer of Farmington and the late Eletrice Farmer. Mr. Smart is the son of Catherine Smart of Medway and the late Harris Smart.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. The daughter of the bridegroom, Alicia Salley, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Darcia Jakubis, daughter of the bride, Ashley Baird and April Moultin, granddaughters of the bridegroom, and Courtney Rowe, friend of the couple. Junior bridesmaids were Cheyenne and Nakita Robbins, granddaughters of the bridegroom. Flower girls were Makayla Salley and Gracelynn Smart, granddaughters of the bridegroom, and Leila Thibodeau, granddaughter of the bride.

Serving as best man was Kevin McKillips, friend of the couple. Ushers were John Smart, son of the bridegroom, and Jason Thibodeau and Anthony Thibodeau, sons of the bride. Ring bearers were Javin, Elijiah and Blake Jakubisn, grandsons of the bride.

Following a reception in Fairfield, the couple traveled to Presque Isle. They are residing in Thorndike.
