The Maine Committee of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve program presented employees at the Farmington LEAP office with the Patriotic Employer Award during a ceremony on Sept. 30 in Farmington. Specialist Brian Snell, a LEAP employee, is a member of the 619th Transportation Company (US Army Reserve) and recently returned from a deployment to Afghanistan. He nominated his fellow employees at LEAP for the award for their outstanding support of his military service both prior to and during his deployment. Accepting the award on behalf of the employees was Rick Dorian, left, executive director and CEO of LEAP. Greg Small, right, executive director of the committee, presented the award.
