Eric T. Heino, 21, Norway, domestic assault, Oct. 5, by Norway Police Department.

Jeanne Marie Brett, 34, Oxford, operating after suspension, possession of an expired license, and two counts of illegal possession of scheduled B and C drugs, Oct. 6 in Paris by Norway Police Department.
