PARIS — The following arrests were recorded at the Oxford County jail:

Joseph Downs Jr., 32, of Rumford, arrested on Oct. 12  and charged with domestic assault and violation of bail conditions, by Rumford Police Department.

Michael L. Graham, 63, of Woodstock, arrested on Oct. 14 in Woodstock and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
