FARMINGTON — Mt. Blue Regional School District will offer free influenza vaccine to all students. The vaccine will be given during the students’ regular school day. Parents are welcome but not required to attend the vaccine clinic.

A permission form and health history must be returned to the school in order for a child to receive the vaccine. Forms are available at the district website at www.mbrsd.org or by contacting the child’s school nurse.

The following is the schedule for when the vaccine will be given in each of the schools. All dates are subject to change depending on vaccine availability. Vaccine will be given only to children who have returned completed permission forms.

Cushing School, Wednesday, Oct. 20; Academy Hill School, Friday, Oct. 22; Cascade Brook School, Tuesday, Oct. 26; Mallett School, Wednesday, Oct. 27; Cape Cod Hill School, Friday, Oct. 29; Mt. Blue Middle School, Tuesday, Nov. 2; Mt. Blue High School, Wednesday, Nov. 3.
