NORWAY/PARIS – Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce has announced the winners of the 24th Annual Leon Truman Golf Tournament.

First place gross was the MetLife team of Brian Hamlin, Steve Jones, Joe Baker and Perry Baker with a score of 114. Northeast Bank (Chris Delamater, Pete Connell, Jim Delamater and Tom Wyman) was second at 116.

First place Net was the Grover Gundrilling team of Gene Corriveau, David Berry, Brad Demers and Mark McKay with 100. Maine Machine Products (Bruce Fox, Berney Roberts, Corri Reynolds and Bobby James) was second with 102.

In the putting contest at Paris Hill, Brent Wyman won and received a one-year membership. Walter Reed earned the same prize at Norway.

Bobby James won the On The Green contest at Norway, receiving a whitewater rafting trip.

Longest drives went to Rita Perrault (Norway women), Ryan Laverdiere (Norway men), Bobbi Bickford (Paris Hill women) and Ben Newman (Paris Hill men).

Closest to the pin were Robin Wilkins (Norway women, 12 feet, 6 inches), Joe Baker (Norway men, 17 inches).

Winners of the Helicopter Golf Ball Drop were Curtis Cole ($1,000, in the hole), Charlene Chase ($500, 5.5 inches) and Galen Cook ($250, 6.6 inches).
