Table reservations
STRONG — Table reservations for the Strong School annual craft fair, sponsored the eighth grade, are still being taken. To reserve a table, call the school at 684 – 3521.
The craft fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at the school. There will be crafts, baked goods, a soup cafe, a 50/50 raffle and lots of homemade items. Proceeds will benefit the eighth grade class trip to Boston in June.
Resource fair
SPRINGVALE — The Maine Military Community Network will sponsor a Harvest of Resources Fair for military service members, veterans and their families, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7, at the Nasson Community Center, 457 Main St.
The guest speaker will be Portland Press Herald columnist Bill Nemitz. Over 30 vendors will be present, from educational experts and employers to health care and financial assistance providers.

Blacksmiths
WILTON — The Western Maine Blacksmith’s Association will have its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2, at the Wilton Historical Society. There will be discussion on upcoming events and new projects.

Seniors to meet
LOCKE MILLS — The Bethel Senior Citizens Club will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10, at the Legion Hall, for a meeting and luncheon. Price of the meal is $9. Members are asked to bring canned food for the food pantry.

Public supper
OXFORD — Grace Fellowship Church on Poplar Street will host a public supper from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6. The menu will consist of baked beans, hot dogs, macaroni and cheese, chop suey, biscuits, johnny cake, coleslaw, homemade pies and beverages.
