Incident Report Statistics:

Between 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, and 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, patrol officers responded to 63 complaints.

Arrests/Summonses:

On Nov. 8 – 1:35 p.m., Richard Russem, 25, of Bethel was charged by Ptl. Joseph Sage with violating conditions of release on Congress Street. Russem was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail, and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 4.

On Nov. 8 – 1:55 p.m., Tina Howard, 47, of Rumford was charged by acting Cpl. Lawrence Winson on a warrant for theft and violating conditions of release on Congress Street. Howard was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

On Nov. 8 – 11:29 p.m., Christopher Myles, 38, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller on Cumberland Street with domestic assault, criminal restraint and disorderly conduct. Myles is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 4.

On Nov. 9 – 11:56 p.m., Heather McKinnon, 26, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller on Cumberland Street with domestic assault. McKinnon is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 4.

On Nov. 10 – 12:07 a.m., Timothy Bragg, 30, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Donald Miller on a warrant for operating after suspension on River Streeet. Bragg was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

On Nov. 11 – 1:05 p.m., Nicholas Varnum, 20, of Peru was charged by acting Cpl. Lawrence Winson with criminal threatening for an incident on Pennacook Road. Varnum posted $1,200 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 4.

On Nov. 13 – 11:26 a.m., Joan Trotter, 40, of Lewiston was charged by acting Cpl. Lawrence Winson with operating after suspension on Waldo Street. Trotter is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 8.

Theft:

On Nov. 10 – 12:04 p.m., Ptl. Sage investigated an incident of $25 stolen from a purse on Hancock Street.

On Nov. 13 – 4:06 p.m., Ptl. Sage investigated an incident of a $1 in change stolen from a vehicle on Falmouth Street.

Wanted

Edward Towers, 45, of Carthage is wanted on a Rumford District Court warrant for failure to pay fines on a drug charge.
