- Army Pfc. Buddy W. McLain of Peru was honored at the Portland International Jetport, today. The Maine Army National Guard Funeral Honors team transferred McLain in preparation for a formal ceremony scheduled for Saturday at Mountain Valley High School in Rumford. McLain, a member of the 101st Airborne Division, died Nov. 29 in Afghanistan as a result of enemy fire.
