 Key losses: Andrew Currier (130), Gary Theriault (135) .

 Promising newcomers: Junior — Joey Metcalf (215).

Outlook: Numbers are down for the Cougars but the quality of wrestlers is up. Newbill was a state runner-up, while Archer and Metcalf, a transfer from Cony, placed second at regionals last year. Hyde finished fourth as a freshman. Ingram is back after a year off the mat. If they can stay healthy, the Cougars expect to contend for the Eastern A title.
