The Spanish tile roof on the Pinnacle Drive home, was shipped in from California — accompanied by a company representative who had to provide training on how to install the xxxx red XXXX. The home’s interior involved traditional construction with a Spanish flair.  Signature arches are used extensively through building.  The owners, who requested that their names not be used, said they had their hearts set on this type of architecture and were please when they finally found a builders who was up to the job.
