* Michael Stufflebeam, 32, of 59 Tall Pines Apt. 5, driving while intoxicated, 11:31 a.m. Monday on Sabattus Street, Lewiston, by Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department.

* A vehicle driven by Nichole E. Merriam, 20, of Sumner, collided with a car driven by Ronald Bertrand Couture, 63, of Lewiston, when Couture pulled out of a gas station parking lot and Merriam was unable to stop at 12:40 p.m. Sunday  on Lisbon Street. Damage to Couture’s 2006 Volkswagon was estimated at $2,000. Damage to Merriam’s 2000 Oldsmobile was estimated at $1,200.
