Church services
NORWAY — The First Universalist Churches of Norway and West Paris will focus their services Sunday, Dec. 19, on the Solstice.
The Rev. Richard Beal will preach at the West Paris service at 9 a.m. The Worship Committee will present the service at 11 a.m. in Norway. Special music will be presented. Childcare is available and all are welcome.
Christmas Eve services, “Two Stories, Candles and Carols,” will begin in West Paris at 6 p.m. and in the Norway church at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24.

Sunday sermon
PARIS — “There’s Only One ‘I’ in Christmas” will be Silver Moore-Leamon’s sermon topic at the 10 a.m. worship service Sunday, Dec. 19, at the First Universalist Church, 36 Pine St., South Paris. The music will be under the direction of Forest Perkins, church organist, Renee Wales, flutist, and the choir.
The Christmas Eve service will be at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24. There will be no service Sunday, Dec. 26, so that families can spend time together. The Coffee Hour will follow in Good Cheer Hall after the service on Dec. 19. Everyone is welcome.
