AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer a bartending course from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays, Jan. 12 through March 16. The cost of $350 includes all materials.

Students will learn the basics of professional bartending and mixology and the application in restaurants, clubs and function facilities.

The course also includes the Maine Course, a six-hour seminar in the responsible service of alcohol as required by the Maine Liquor Commission and the Department of Human Services.
