There will be a mandatory meeting for all team captains of the Independent Pocket Billiards Pool League Thursday, Dec. 30, at 6 p.m. All captains must attend this meeting, as the league hopes to begin the second half on Jan. 6. Some teams will be moved up and others moved down, and there are many players whose letter rating has been moved.
