Seniors dinner

DIXFIELD — The Dirigo High School National Honor Society will serve its annual dinner for area senior citizens at noon Sunday, Jan. 9, at the high school.

Admission is free, but donations will be accepted. Along with the dinner, a variety of entertainment will also be offered.

Church cantata

RUMFORD — The cantata by the combined choirs of the Rumford United Methodist Church and the Mexico Congregational Church, which was canceled in December, will be presented at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 9, in the sanctuary of the Methodist Church on Linnell Street. The public is invited.
