NEW VINEYARD — Funeral services for Geraldine “Jerry” Stewart were held Wednesday, Dec. 29, from the funeral home with the Rev. Rick Dubuc of the Mt. View Bible Church, New Vineyard, officiating. Scriptural sentences included: John 14:1-6; Psalm 119: 9-11; Psalm 100; Revelation 21:4; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18; Isaiah 41:10; Psalm 23; Psalm 90:1,2; John 11:25; and 1 Thessalonian 4:13-18. Family tributes were shared and the congregation sang “Rock of Ages” and “Blessed Assurance.” After services, a comfort reception was held at the Mt. View Bible Church, New Vineyard, hosted by the church fellowship. Winter entombment at the Wiles Remembrance Center. Spring burial at the New Vineyard Cemetery.
