WATERVILLE — Susan D. Giguere, president and CEO of Care & Comfort, a statewide home health and mental health care agency, announces the promotion of Joe Tinkham to quality assurance manager.

A Wilton resident and Millinocket native, Tinkham graduated from Stearns High School and the University of Maine at Farmington with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He has been with Care & Comfort for several years, beginning as an in-home support supervisor and, since 2007, has held the position of quality assurance supervisor.
