LEWISTON — Memorial services honoring the life of Rina Johnson were celebrated Saturday morning by Monsignor Marc Caron at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home. During the service, words of remembrance were shared by Rina’s brother, Paul Lavoie, Rina’s co-worker from the Lewiston Summer Feed Program, Claire Bailey, Celise Murphy, a friend of Rina’s, and Kim Wade, Rina’s childhood friend and adopted family member who was raised by Rina’s family on the Lavoie family farm and homestead.

Following a procession to St. Peter’s Cemetery, Monsignor Caron recited committal prayers. The urn bearers were Matthew Clark, Jason Sidman, Danielle Lavoie and Lisa Rast. Arrangements were by Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home, Lewiston.
