AUBURN — Jacqueline L. Gosselin, 74, of Harvest Lane, Lewiston, died Tuesday, Jan. 25, following a long illness with her children and grandchildren by her side.

She was born in Lewiston, Feb. 3, 1936, the daughter of Joseph and Anastasia (Plante) Bougie. She attended St. Peter’s grammar school and later graduated from St. Dominic Regional High School, Class of 1954.

On July 1, 1967, she married Roland M. Gosselin. He died on Jan. 8, 2004.

She worked for many years as a certified nurses assistant and most recently at Marshwood Nursing Home until her retirement.

She loved her cat “Smoka,” being with her family, playing cards, Scrabble and doing crossword puzzles.

She is survived by and will be sadly missed by her children, Kevin Gosselin of Leeds, Keith Gosselin and wife, Terri, of Greene and Karen Gosselin Berube and husband, Normand, of Auburn; her grandchildren, Kevin, Katrina, Kacey, Keiley, Kristopher, Sam, Dylan, Brady and Kodi; her great-grandchildren, Taylor Marie, Landon, Kyle, Krysalia and Kira Leigh; and her sister, Theresa Cyr of Sabattus.

She was predeceased by her brothers, Raymond and Maurice Bougie; and her sister, Francoise Cote.
