* A vehicle driven by Kris M. Capalbo, 38, of Lewiston, was struck by a second vehicle at 9:20 a.m. Jan. 20 on Washington Street south. The driver of the second vehicle fled the scene. Capalbo’s 2005 GMC was listed as functional.
