* Nicholas R. Varnum, 20, of Rumford, violating bail conditions, Jan. 28, Rumford Police Department.

* Brian J. Hutchinson, 24, of Rumford, Jan. 28, failure to pay fines for assault and criminal trespass, Rumford Police Department.

* Jacques Rodrigue, 55, of Norway, Jan. 28, operating under the influence with three priors, $200 cash bail, Paris Police Department.
