PARIS — The following arrests were reported at the Oxford County jail:

* Oren J. Capen, 20, of Jay, Feb. 10, failure to pay fines for operating after suspension, $635 cash bail, Jay Police Department.

* William J. B. Edwards, 20, of Brownfield, Feb. 10, burglary, theft and criminal mischief, $1,000 cash bail, Maine State Police.

* Michael E. Jackson, 39, of Turner, Feb. 10, probation violation and two counts of terrorizing, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
