* A. Scotty Couture, 46, Jay, driving after suspension, Feb. 10, $5,000 unsecured, court appearance March 24, Jay Police Department.
* Teryn A. Austin, 20, Rangeley, driving under the influence/driving without a license, Feb. 10, $3,000 unsecured, court appearance March 24, Farmington Police Department.
* Oren J. Capen, 20, Jay, failure to pay fines/fees, driving while license suspended, Feb. 10, no bail listed, Jay Police Department.
* Alex J. Johnson, 22, Skowhegan, violation condition of release, Feb. 10, no bail listed, Farmington Police Department.
* Nathan Stratton, 32, Jerico, Vt., fugitive from justice, Feb. 10, no bail listed, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
